At first show us your action group, which "makes everything lowercase".  
Maybe forum members are able to detect your mistake.

In the meantime you can spend some time to read the manual and find out something about ...  
... the function "$caps" and "The second parameter is optional and specifies additional characters that triggers upper case."  
... the action "Case conversion" and "Words begin after any of".
