# Creating drop down lists for artist, composer, album name

How do you add values to the data fields on the left side of the Main Screen?
I want to add a bunch of artist names, composers, album artists, and genres so that I don't have to repeatedly type in every detail, but instead, use the drop-down arrows that are already provided for me.

I've just released Mp3tag v3.18 with the option to configure **Custom List Values** on a per-field level on the Tag Panel.
You can find it via **Options ā Tag Panel ā Edit** and I think you could just add the artist names, composers, and album artists you're using there to have a list of pre-defined values.
