# Default menu bar icons have poor anti-aliasing in Dark Mode

**Mp3tag v3.34-beta.7**
Windows 10
1600x900 Resolution
Still some bad aliasing on the taskbar menus resembling scan-lines, specifically for **Default** icons. It gets worse for any that are greyed-out. I can see they use the same icon resolution as the toolbar at 100% so it’s not the icons themselves that are the issue, more like a rendering issue…?
The **Original** icons are fine and no actual issues with light mode but I included this screenshot as it does show how dark mode likes to “flatten” the greyed-out version’s tones as opposed to light mode’s preserving it.

I've only touched the rendering of the **Default** icons in this new build. Those are actually different icons in dark mode that are generated on the fly based on the light-mode icons.

That’s done it! It’s also sorted the rendering on **Original** icons in dark mode:
It’s ALSO sorted the rendering on the toolbar at 100% so an all-round success:
