# Delete fields for user-defined tag fields

I know on the roapmap it says that there are no plans to 'edit fields for user-defined and extended tag fields', but I think there should be a way to delete, and possibly display them (unless there's a way to do these already?). Generally I really care what the content of them is but I would like to know if they're there, and if they are I would like to get rid of them.

Also, could there be a way to customise the tag-panel with other (non-user-defined) fields if you wanted?

1. Use [ALT+T] to display non-standard fields.
2. You cannot add or modify the fields of the tag panel.
