Delete Filename Based On Current Folder

You could use "Convert > Filename - Filename" with
mask old filename:
%1 - %2 - %3 - %4
mask new filename:
%3 - %4

Also due to an error earlier on (that cannot be undone by Ctrl-Z) the filenames also have the tracknumber in front of them. Is it possible to delete the first 3 characters of a filename only?
