# Delete key in version 3.31e

Version 3.31d & 3.31e.
When editing the title in the main screen, when I use the delete key to delete some text, the file is removed from the list. This only happens in 3.31e. It isn’t confined to the Title field.

I am experiencing the same problem!
Also, I cannot drag and drop files from an Explorer window into Mp3tag, ver 3.31e. It was possible in the prior version, 3.31d.
Please look into both these discrepancies. Thank you.

I can confirm that the issue with Del occurs not only inside the TITLE field, but in every field in the File List.
I can not confirm the issue with drag & drop, that works fine in v3.31e for me.

It's possible that the two processes `Mp3tag.exe` and `Explorer.exe` ran with different privileges at the time where drag and drop wasn't working for you.
Can you try again after starting Mp3tag like you usually do?

This is now (hopefully) fixed with [Mp3tag v3.31f](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/455). Thanks again for reporting!
