# Does not read some tags

Hello!  
Excellent tag editor. It only upsets - it does not read tags from some files. Although they are read in all other applications

No bug: you have APE tags with just 3 filled fields:  
Some Replaygain fields.  
So either get rid of the APE tags or set  
File\>Options\>Tags\>Mpeg not to read APE tags any more. You will then see ID3Vx the tag data.

To remove go to Tools\>Options\>Tags  
and untick anything that is not APE. For APE only tick "read" and "delete".  
Then select the files and use the function to delete tags.  
After you have done so, set Tools\>Options\>Tags  
to only delete for APE and everything for V1 and V2.
