I've searched high and low to resolve an issue. If the field is treated by MP3tag and can be edited by MP3tag then you find it in the extended tags dialogue (Alt-T). Not all properties can be edited by MP3tag. Such properties are usually addressed in MP3tag by variables starting with an underscore, e.g. %\_tool%.
