Hi, can someone help me change it so that I only have Artist, Title, Album and Year when I export tag information.

You could use Edit\>Copy as Text ...
and set as
Format string: `%artist% - %title% - %album% - %year%`
and then paste the contents of the clipboard to a suitable program that lets you write the data on paper
