The GUI allows us to specify a file for exporting, but after that, it does not have a button to actually complete the exporting!

So I have specified the file name and type (mp3Tag.CSV), but I am unable to actually create a backup file.

Similarly, there is not command/button to restore the backed-up values.

(For example, how do I back up my user-defined genres? How do I reload them?)
