# Extracting Embedded Graphics

Hi everyone ... This is my first post
I hope I explain what I want to do clearly so that someone can offer a reply.
I downloaded an album from HDtracks. The jpeg file supplied with the download is very small. When I load the folder into MP3TAG I see that there is a 4MB file already attached to the tracks.
Is there a way that I can extract this higher resolution graphics file from the HDtracks FLAC file and save it as a jpeg file?
