NEW: option 'Default file name for cover art'
Thanks for adding this btw! 
I'd just like to point out that it only works when saving the cover from the web (as is intended of course). It does not work when saving the cover from in image embedded within a file itself.
Not really a bug, but I wanted to report it anyway.

Yes, I was using 2.39c when I noticed this! Look in the extended tags dialog on the toolbar.

This should work now with the current [Development Build](http://developer.mp3tag.de).
