# \[F\] Help correction?

In the Help-description Menupoint  
File -\> Options -\> Mpeg -\> chapter Write  
is to read:  
_ **ID3v2** if enabled, Mp3tag writes an ID3v1 tag to the file._

Do You agree, it should be corrected to:  
_ **ID3v2** if enabled, Mp3tag writes an ID3v1 tag to the file and an ID3v2 tag to the file._

Correct:  
**ID3v2** if enabled, Mp3tag writes an ID3v2 tag to the file.

To be sure I have understand the aspect fully correct:

In the Help-description Menupoint

Do You agree, it should be corrected to:  
ID3v2 if enabled, Mp3tag writes an **ID3v2** tag to the file.

Yes.

**ID3v1** if enabled, Mp3tag writes an ID3v1 tag to the file.  
**ID3v2** if enabled, Mp3tag writes an ID3v2 tag to the file.

The answer shows, how _stringent logical_ the thinking is in this program. Many program attempt (in a good meaning) to "think for the user" and do, what it _think_, should be the best for user - but it never knows, what the individual user really want in an actual case! In short: In this program You are the "driver" yourself. Brilliant thinking! 🙂
