Technical info  
%\_bitrate% Bitrate

whereas in fact %\_bitrate% returns the bitrate divided by 1000.

My suggestion would be to change the help file to "Bitrate (in kbps)" and leave the placeholder return value as-is (otherwise you might break people's scripts).
