On English mp3tag, the command

start "Mp3tag Dance" "%PROGRAMFILES%\Mp3tag\Mp3tag.exe" /fp:"%~dp03 nosuchdirectory" gave

This is now translated to English in [Mp3tag v2.44e](http://developer.mp3tag.de) Development Build.
