The 'Tag - Filename' mini-preview shows for %\_counter% the wrong value, e.g. 2 rather than 1 in:

(Edite: For the record, note that this screen shot is not an unambiguous demonstration of the problem, since it doesn't reveal the position of the previewed file in the file list selection.)
