# \[F\] VISTA problems

Hi there.
I have version 2.38c, but have tried with earlier versions also. Every time I start mp3 tag, I get the following error: (look at attached picture)
Any ideas.
ps. the errorlog file is empty...

This is really an interesting error message.
Are you running Mp3tag from a special device or does your user account has some special way to store the profile?

It's on my laptop. I ran it on my desktop on vista 64 with no problems. I think it is due to a security issue. I will reinstall my computer since it's acting strange.
I home you can use it to create better error handeling.

Can you please install [this modified version](http://anytag.de/support/mp3tagv238c2setup.exe) and post the contents of the message boxes that will appear after starting the program?
You can simply press [Ctrl+C] to copy the contents of the message boxes to the clipboard.

This bug is also fixed with Mp3tag v2.39.
