I have a few hundred albums to retitle and wonder if there's a trick to save having to select/edit every track by hand. E.g. some script method that will copy 'Album' from track 1 to each other track in the same folder? Sadly using the pathname is out, since this would break playlists and some titles are illegal in pathnames. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks. ---

You can select all files of one album, choose the right title from the title drop-down in the Tag Panel and save this to all selected files by pressing ![:mt_save:](https://community.mp3tag.de/uploads/default/original/1X/9a524114a0a7cfb94ed95e08e42778afb83a895f.png ":mt\_save:"). Thanks, that's what I do at the moment, but it would be neat if there was a trick to avoiding needing to select the files by hand. E.g. if I filter on TRACK =1, I get a nice list of one line per album which is quick to edit. It would be great if then it was possible to run an Action to set all files' album name to track 1's. ---
