# Fatal Error in 2.38 - serror.cpp

I got this error trying to restart 2.37 after a crash while saving a file. I upgraded to 2.38 over the top, but I am unable to start the program due to the following error.

Unfortunately, I can't read it, but I have attached a screenshot. Any help appreciated.

Sorry, I think the only thing I can recommend is uninstalling and installing the program again.

Edit: you can also try to delete the file %APPDATA%\Mp3tag\Mp3tagError.log before reinstalling.
