If you have single file, then the action would have to stop after the call of the wss and aks you to select the correct release and then align the file with the correct title. If you change your workflow to first get the data from the web source and then run the action, it would work.

As you found the function of the remembering web source tool useful enough that was marked as solution. And threads for which there is a solution are closed after some time.
