I am a very poor programmer, and so far I haven't been able to find any expression that matches my exact need. I would really appreciate it if someone wrote down an expression by which I can filter my tracks using the cover art's dimensions. A while ago I lost all my good quality covers, and they got replaced by covers, all with the dimensions 320x320. Therefore, I want to filter it so that I know which covers to replace.

Any help is highly appreciated! 😃

MP3tag does not tell you the dimensions of an embedded cover in a field.
But you can export the embedded covers,
search for them in the Windows explorer
and sort them by dimensions.
There replace the small covers with better ones and bulk-import/embed them in the files again with an action in MP3tag.
