Good morning.

Since English is not my native language, I'll try to keep it simple.

I listen to my music (mainly FLAC or mp3) on my pc or phone (with the app "Samsung Music" or recently "BlackPlayer EX").

I am often confronted to have 2-3 artists/composers on a single song, I tried the principle of Artist1\Artist2 (or other like ";" etc.) but it doesn't work.

Concretely I would like to have all the artists on the song, but not that it considers that it's only one artist or that it only takes into account the first one on the list, that it attributes the song to all the artists.

Maybe the FLAC format or maybe I'm doing something wrong, could someone please help me?

Thank you in advance

Here is a thread that deals with multi-value fields:

> Hi! I wanted to know what would be the standard way to implement multiple genres for my files. There seems to be lots of conflicting information everywhere (even including this forum), and it confuses me. By multiple genres, I mean both multiple main genres as well as subgenres. For example, I may have a song that is labelled as being Metal, Symphonic Metal, Rock and Gothic Rock. I don't mind if my current music program can't read all the genres (I'm currently using foobar), as long as they'r…

The recommended foobar player is also available as app.
