Is it possible to set an action to format the comment field with the mp3 Bitrate?

[Actions](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/967/5)

And use as format string: %\_bitrate% if you dont' have any comments, or %comment% %\_bitrate% if you have any comments filled in.
