i changed to vista x64 and i imported all my setting, it might be vista issue or i just forgot how to do ti 🙂
In action i had/have 2 format values:
\_DIRECTORY:\%artist% '['%year%']' %album%
\_FILENAME:%track% %artist% - %title%
To rename files and move them to new named directory
What is happening now is my files are renamed but still sitting in old directory, as those two actions are done separately, how can i combine them?

to answer myself, this character \ from \%artist% '['%year%']' %album%
was the problem, in previous mp3tag ver i used it to avoid creating directory inside 'working' one, but new version does that by default i guess
