I just upgraded to 2.46c from 2.46b and noticed that the additional genre I had added when 2.46b was installed are no-longer available.

I also just noticed that my custom setting have reverted back to the defaults, example. I turned off the pop-up when I save the tags, after installing 2.46c it now pops up again.
