![:unsure:](https://community.mp3tag.de/uploads/default/original/1X/cfaeba84fe6704387c5b34dfdd8172bd51b6f533.gif ":unsure:") under the genre section, i have rock, acid rock, alternative rock, classic rock etc.... when all i want is rock, jazz, techno.. is it possible to custimize the fields, so the mp3 tagger will sort the songs into these genre classification?

You can customize the genre list at Options \> Genres. You'll need to restard Mp3tag for the changes to take effect.
