# Group Actions into subfolders and/or assigning keyboard shortcuts

Not sure if this is doable but I'd ask anyway.  
So far I have a couple of dozens of different actions that I use all the time. I spend too much time looking for a particular action I need from the drop-down list.  
I wonder if there is a way to group them into sub-folders. For example if I want to remove or replace an ampersand (I have 5 or 6 different actions just for that), then I'd create, let's say, an "Amersand" folder under the Actions view where all these actions will be grouped together for easier access.  
Additionally, is there a way to assign a custom shortcut key/combination for a single action? A macro would also be helpful.

Any thoughts on that?
