The folders you can see on your screenshot below MP3Tag are not typical for the MP3Tag-folder in %appdata%. It looks as if you you show us the windows-program-folder. Also other folders besides MP3Tag seem to be typical folders in the program-folder.
To go to the %appdata%-folder you have to open the windows-explorer, click on the folder-icon in the adress bar so that it gets blue and then write %appdata%.
Or go the search field of windows and write %appdata% there.
The reason you have to do this is that the appdata-folder of the user-profile in the normal installation of Windows is a hidden folder, that you can't reach by navigating to it in the explorer. So either you would have to change the windows-settings so that the explorer also shows hidden folders or you use the placeholder %appdata% which directly opens
c:\Users\Your username\Appdata\Roaming
or type the above path to the adress bar
Ohrenkinos tool-suggestion should also navigate you to that folder if you really installed Mp3Tag in the standard way and not as portable.
