Oft ist die Ursache eine falsche Dateiendung. Also eine als .mp3 angeschriebene Datei, die gar kein mp3-Format enthält, sondern z.B. mp4 oder was anderes. Prüfe eine solche Datei aus Deinem Backup mit einem Tool wie [MediaInfo](https://mediaarea.net/de/MediaInfo) um zu sehen, was wirklich IN der Datei steckt. Du kannst uns auch einen [Screenshot](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/hints-for-asking-support-requests/56190#p-168842-use-screenshots-to-exemplify-the-issue-2) aus MediaInfo zeigen, falls Du Unterstützung bei der Erkennung benötigst.
