# Help options not working/Tutorial

Using Mp3tag v2.46a on Win XP Pro SP3

The only link under the Help option that is working is "Check for new version ..." and pressing F1 does nothing. Because I often refer to Help files, I would like to fix this.

Also, can anyone suggest a good tutorial (English)?
