Ist eine der Fragen, die schon in den FAQs behandelt sind:

Ich benutze diese Aktion, um z.B. [live] an ansonsten gleich lautende Titel anzufügen (und damit der Duplikatesuche von iTunes ein Schippchen zu schlagen)  
Wenn du die Jahreszahl des Titels anfügen willst, und die als tag-Daten vorhanden ist, nimm %year%
