# How can I copy id3v1 to id3v2?

I wish to copy id3v1 tag to id3v2 where id3v1 only exist.

I googled and looked every menu but I couldnt find it.

By default MP3tag writes both tags.  
Check your Extras \>Options \>Mpeg to see if you write V2.

You could sort for only-v1 tags if you sort the column "Tags" with the contents  
%\_tag\_read%[(%\_tag%)]
