# How can I import .mta files into mp3tag?

I cannot figure out how to import this into MP3Tag. I placed it in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Mp3tag\data\actions but it will not show on my lists of actions. I restarted the program and I still don't see it. How can I import .mta files into mp3tag?

Try to place it into
`%appdata%\Mp3tag\data\actions`

Thanks so much 👏. That imported it correctly, but the function I was trying still does not work. I think it has to do with the action/mta file. I will post there to see if I can get someone to help with that. Thanks again!!!!!
