I was wondering I anyone knows how do I add the tag of when my music was released? I cannot find a forum post on how to do it so I was hoping someone could explain how to do it. ---

According to the ID3 definition you could use the ID3 tag "TORY" (Original release year) for it. In Mp3tag the tag is named ORIGYEAR. > The TORY field is formatted as in the "TYER" frame. > The 'Year' frame is a numeric string with a year of the recording. This frames is always four characters long ---
