# How to batch change word 'FLAC' to 'ALAC' in Album field ??

Hi,

My first post on the forum !

I have thousands of albums in ALAC format but in the Album description field is a description containing the word 'FLAC', eg :

Carreras Domingo Pavarotti in Concert - Metha - 1990 (MFSL UDCD FLAC)

How can I do a batch conversion so all instances of 'FLAC' are replaced with 'ALAC' in the Album field for my whole library ?

Load the files into MP3tag.  
Select them.

Create an action (quick) of the type "Replace" for ALBUM (see [/t/967/1](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/967/1)

Search string: FLAC  
Replace string: ALAC

Execute the action
