# How to create the column "type"

Hello guys!

Does anyone know how to create a "Type" column? I mean, inside of the same folder sometimes I got several types of audio files and need this particularity. Below I show a picture where I suppose we should do it but I don't know how to fill the fields.  
Can anyone help?

I do not know what you need to know.  
In the screendump I see that you have disabled "Tag" which shows, what kind of tags are used in a file. Usually, the tag is specific for a file type.  
Also, you can create a column with the value %\_codec% (leave "field" empty as Mp3tag cannot change the type).

Months ago when I disabled the column "Tag", I didn't know that it would show me the files types.
