I have some albums which show the bitrate and track length in the Metadata in Windows 11 File Explorer, but MP3Tag v 3.18 doesn't show them. There does not appear to be a way to edit the data in those fields. How can I either input that data or get MP3Tag to successfully import it?

As MP3tag has nothing to do with the data that describes the audio part, I would suggest that you follow

In addition to @ohrenkino's advice to check your files for errors:
Even for fully working music files you can not enter or edit the bitrate or length. Both values are calculated from the audio part of your songs. Mp3tag does not manipulate this audio part in any way.
If the files are error free, Mp3tag show the bitrate and length correctly.
