# How to give separate files an different title

Goodevening.
I wont to give several files a title, using an action and importing these from an txtfile in the titlefield.
However it seems only possible for one file.
The files are named for example:
A
B
C
I want to give these files an tile for example:
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Regrettable using this option places the different titles in one file.
Is there an possibility for using an action with one txtfile that places the filenames in different files??
Somebody, please has any pointers how to fix this??

the textfile must have one line for each audio file

Yes, i know, but what i realy need to know is how to fix a new line for every audiofile within one txtfile.
If this option is not possible than i am forced to create for every audiofile an seperate txtfile with one line.

I don't understand what you want to fix?
If you only want to import the titles, do the following:
Textfile:
```
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
```
Converter: Textfile - Tag
Filename:
Formatstring: %title%
The audio files are associated to the lines in the order the files are listed in the Mp3tag filelist.

The problem is solved.
I used the wrong option; i created an action for the Actionmenu, instead using an option in the Convertmenu.
Now it works just fine.
