# How to import and reuse parts of the folder structure into the tag?

### How to import and reuse parts of the folder structure into the tag?

As stated in the FAQ:  
For example, the information from the path  
`Amon Tobin\[2000] supermodified\02 - For Ton Mantis.mp3`  
can be imported using  
`%artist%\[%year%] %album%\%track% - %title%`

This results (among other fields) as:  
year = 2000  
album = supermodified

Instead, I'd like to get:  
year = 2000  
album = [2000] supermodified

Is this possible?

Not in 1 go.  
You need 2 runs, one to get the album, one to get the year.  
Use %dummy% for each piece of data that you do not need.
