# How to insert comments in a certain order.

How can i merge to fields in a certain order.

Example...

**1st Field:**

Arranged By: Alan Baylock

2nd field:

Alto Saxophone: Tyler Richardson  
Alto Saxophone, Soprano Saxophone

What I get i:

Alto Saxophone: Tyler Richardson  
Alto Saxophone, Soprano SaxophoneArranged By: Alan Baylock

**What I want is:**

Arranged By: Alan Baylock  
Alto Saxophone: Tyler Richardson  
Alto Saxophone, Soprano Saxophone

Action used:

Format value  
%mood%%performer%

I need it to merge the 2nd field into Field 1 and drop down a line.

Hopefully this is clear.

You can use an action "Format value" for field PERFORMER and a format string

```
%performer%$char(13)$char(10)%mood%

```

$char(13) is the representation of the "Carriage Return" character, $char(10) is "Line Feed" which gives the "drop down a line" you've mentioned.
