Ignore certain words when capitalizing

Could you add an option to ignore words like 'the', 'a', 'an', 'to' etc when capitalizing?

Ignoring words mid-title like 'the', 'a', 'an', 'to' 'in' 'on' etc when capitalizing is a very useful tool to have. I wonder whether this particular facility has been given due consideration already. Some music catalogue programmes have such a facility with a user-maintained list of "exceptions". Really worth considering.
Many thanks

As this problem is a rather English-language-centered one, I think that a general feature would be a little narrow minded.
But there are users in this forum that supply something custom-made, have a look at this thread:

Many, many thanks, not just to you but also to the authors of the script(s). A selfless endeavour to the benefit of many! I hope someday to be able (when sufficiently proficient) to do the same.
Best regards
