# Image format ID3v2.3 and ID3V2.4

You can only see the the comment because Explorer can't read ID3V2.4 at all so it shows you the ID3v1 tag.

You can try:  
Set your tags back to v2.3 and in Mp3tag open "View \> Extended Tags" and add the tag  
LANGUAGE=eng

If it doesn't help try that: (for german windows)
