Is there any way/action for search covers from discogs and embed them on flacs massively?

I'm doing it with "discogs pone" but only singly

You can use the (new) discogs web source scripts to only import covers.
Yet, this works only for one album at a time.

If you want to do it for more and files that belong to different albums, MP3tag cannot do it.
Try utilities like Albumartdownloader - a web search should find it.

I have Album art downl. but this software is searching by the album name and the album name on flacs is different for mp3tag. If I rename the album tag it not show then.

You are right: I think that albumartdownloader is for mp3 files.
So you are probably stuck with the album approach.
