# Importing Details

On some MP3's that I view in MP3Tag all I see is the filename formatted as  
Track number.(space)Artist-Title.

The Track number, Title and Artists columns on the page are empty. Is there a way to transfer the data held in the filename to their respective columns?

Use the converter filename-tag  
Enter a mask like this (acc. to your example):  
%track%. %artist%-%title%

The preview function will help you to adapt the mask to the actual pattern.
