Hello,

At least some of the menus of MP3Tag use some different style and do not correctly obey the menu style imposed by the active high-contrast black theme, as they should.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable high contrast mode in Windows. To do so in Windows 10, do the following:
1.1. Open Windows Settings (press Windows+I).
1.2. Go to Ease of access -\> High contrast mode.
1.3. Toggle the switch for the high contrast mode.
1.4. From the drop-down list box for a high contrast theme, select the "High Contrast Black" one (it should be selected by default, I think.
2. Observe how do look some standard menus in Windows (e.g. context menus in Windows Explorer), including what colors are used for highlighting menu items, for inactive/disabled menu items, etc.
3. Launch Mp3tag.
4. Observe how do look most of the menus in Mp3Tag, including what colors are used for highlighting menu items, for inactive/disabled menu items, etc.

Actual results:
Most of the menus in Mp3Tag seam to be using a somewhat different style and/or colors than the standard menus in Windows, when a high contrast theme is used.

Expected results:
All of the menus in Mp3tag should use the same style and colors that the standard menus in Windows use, when a high contrast theme is used.

Test environment:

- Operating system: Windows 10 Pro version 1903 (build 18362.418), 64-bit, in Bulgarian with all locale settings set to "Bulgarian".
- Mp3tag version: 2.99a.

Thanks for reporting and the detailed description of the issue. I've reproduced it locally and will fix it with a future release of Mp3tag.
