# Installation error message

Hello everybody  
I have just tried to install mp3tagv322b-x64-setup.exe in Windows 11 (I am already using MP3Tag), but receive the following error:

"_Staging Sparse Package failed C:\Program F¡les\Mp3tag Mp3tagShell.ms¡x Windows cannot install package 35795FlorianHeidenreich.Mp3tag.ShellExtension\_3.16.1.0\_x64\_hyhc9 4k68ebpm because it is already installed with a different external location_."

Has anybody else come across this?

Maybe you can follow this advices:
