# Installing 3.14 triggers Windows Store, which then hangs

Tried to upgrade from 3.11 to 3.14 on Windows 10 Professional.  
Normally User Account Control would ask "are you sure?" but this time Windows Store started, but in an interminable loop.  
Maybe if I find 3.12 or 3.13, they could install normally.

It's probably related to your system because Mp3tag doesn't can cannot interfere with the local Microsoft Store app.

You can just [download the latest version](https://www.mp3tag.de/en/download.html) and use it without the store.

Uninstalled 3.11. (Maybe that had to do with it.) Re-downloaded 3.14 install file, store opened, but gave me the option to install without it. All good now. Thanks.
