Naja - ich würde sagen: den richtigen Abspieler wählen, also so einen, der das überhaupt kann.  
Das gute als Xbox Media Center (jetzt Kodi) konnte das, glaube ich.

Wenn du aber nach ARTIST Bildern suchen willst, so könnte AlbumArtDownloader das richtige sein.
