# Is MP3TAG a good option for large mp3 indexing?

Hi I have used mp3tag for years and am now looking for an indexing program that can do this for music files..wav and .mp3.
I have used it for tag cleaning.
If so what is the appropriate way of saving and then searching?

Can you describe what you mean by indexing?
If I understand what I think you are asking, you wish to update your folders and filenames. This can be accomplished with mp3tag, depending on what tags you have already included in your files and how you want build your "index" structure.
