# Is there a way to export the file Tag "Cover" into a .jpg format

Is this possible or is there a program that would do this? ![:unsure:](https://community.mp3tag.de/uploads/default/original/1X/cfaeba84fe6704387c5b34dfdd8172bd51b6f533.gif ":unsure:")

Is there a way to export the file Tag "Cover" into a .jpg format, written into the same directory with the same FileName.

Example: exsisting file with cover = (audiofile.mp3) exporting it's "Cover" only with FileName = (audiofile.mp3.jpg) in the same Directory.

Yes - have a look at the "action" and create one of the type "export cover".  
You may specify a filename for the cover.  
If you enter %\_filename\_ext% it should do just that you wanted.

Thanks alot, i'm working with VDJ and the covers in the tags won't show, only if it's a FileNamed .jpg
